Frances Woods, 75, widow of James Woods, Sr. of Lexington died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011.
She was a retired housekeeper for the University of Kentucky. She attended Dunbar High School and was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
She was a daughter of the late Jesse and Fannie Caulder Huggins.
Surviving are her children, Veronica (Lamont) Graves, James H. Woods, Jr., Rodericka Woods and Aneesha Woods; grandchildren, Terry & Brandon Graves, Mary (Larry) Hughley and Nicholas Douglas and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m Thursday at Shiloh Baptist Church where friends may call after 11:30 am. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
