Alta Christina Woodruff Hadean, age 87, passed away peacefully October 28, 2000 at her home of natural causes.

She was born May 22, 1913 in Cottonwood, UT to John J. & Annie Lenore Nielson Woodruff. Married Arthur C. Hadean June 28, 1934 in Cottonwood,

UT. Alta was a member of the LDS church. She was an accomplished gardener and loved the beauties of nature. She was loved and will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Survived by sons, Sidney J. Hadean and wife, Lynn, Kanab, UT, Wilford and Herman Hadean, both Salt Lake; daughter, Carol Hadean, Santa Ana, CA; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by husband; daughter, Florence; son, Louis; and three infant children.

Services will be held Tuesday Oct 31, 2000, 11 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State St., where friends may call Monday 68 p.m. and Tuesday 10-10:50 a.m. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
