MRS. WOODMANSEE BURIED
Many Attend Obsequies for Aged Woman of West Jordan
Midvale, Sept. 14 - Funeral services for Mrs. Esther A. Woodmansee, aged 72 years, who died suddenly of pneumonia at her home in West Jordan, were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon from the West Jordan ward chapel. The services were under the direction of Bishop William H. Gardner of West Jordan; James A. Bateman offered the invocation and the benediction was pronounced by H. F. Beckstead. The obsequies were largely attended and addresses were made by Bishop William Armstrong, Eleventh ward, Salt Lake; R. W. Palmer and Manuel H. Richards of West Jordan. Music was furnished by the ward choir of West Jordan, in addition to a duet by Nellie and Louis Parr of Salt Lake. Interment was in West Jordan cemetery.

She came to the US in 1871. Ester was married first to Mr. Woodmansee, and later to John C. Wilkinson, but was divorced by 1900. She was the mother of 11 children, five living in 1900.
Her children include Henry A. and Seberta E. Woodmansie; John C., James M. and George A. Wilkinson.
