Donna Lee was born and raised on her parent's farm in Pocatello, ID. The oldest of eight children, she was born to the late James and Edith Woodland. She graduated from high school and attended BYU where she met the love of her life, the late Dr. H. Ronald Frogley whom she was married to for over 58 years.
Donna Lee lived 45 years in Davenport, Iowa where she and her husband raised their children until her husband retired from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Donna Lee was chosen as Iowa's American Mother of the year in 1994 and touched the lives of many with her church work and service to others. Donna Lee loved humanitarian work, music, and being with her family.
She is survived by her sister Lynette Parkinson, brothers James and William Woodland, and beloved children Craig, Colin, Chris, Ronda (Thompson), Clark, Debbie (Broberg), Curt, Scott, Laura (Dahl) and Cory. She has 39 treasured grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
