"Varina Womack, age 83 of Ola, AR died Thursday, July 7, 1994 at AMI St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, Russellville, AR.
"She was a native of Centerville, and was a daughter of the late Alex Hovis and the late Mary Ellen McCollum Hovis. She was the widow of the late Lyman Odell Womack, and was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. She was a former member of the Centerville Methodist Church. She was a housewife.
"Survivors are: six sons, Alvis Womack of Milan, TN; Dr Womack of Perryville, Danny Womack of Harrison, Lyman Womack of Raleigh, NC, Kitson Womack of Atlanta, GA and Stephen Womack of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; three daughters, Willa Morris of Gentry, AR, Rosa Williams and Joan Hall both of Belleville; one brother, Roscoe Hovis of Houston, TX; 26 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
"Services were July 9 at the Upper Spring Creek Free Will Baptist Church near Belleville with the Rev. Earl Stapleton and Rev. Doug Little. Burial was at Petiilo Hill Cemetery, Centerville.
"Pallbearers were grandsons."
