John E. "Paycheck" Wojick
WOJICK, John E. "Paycheck," 90, of Blaine, Ohio, died Friday, October 14, 2005 in the East Ohio Regional Hospital.
John was born in Ramsey, Ohio on October 26, 1914, the son of the late John and Nellie Wojick.
He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bridgeport Eagles Aeries 995, and the Slovack Catholic Sokol Lodge. John was a retired coal miner for the Lorain Coal and Dock Company.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Catherine Wojick.
John is survived by his wife, Emma Rosko Wojick; his son, Lawrence (Lucy) Wojick of Blaine; his three brothers, Edward Nameth of Florida, Richard and Andrew Nameth, both of Ossining, New York; his two sisters, Mary Ignac and Emily (Joseph) Barreiro, all of Ossining;
Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio on Sunday from 4-8 p.m.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Wolfhurst with Monsignor Mark J. Froehlich as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Blaine.
