He was a missionary in Mexico. Was only 21 years of age and his plane crashed in the mountains. His headstone reads "For souls dying he died flying"

Wanda Nola Jean Warren
December 31, 1938 – September 15, 2017

Upon graduating from high school, Nola moved to San Antonio, Texas to study at IBC (International Bible College) where she met and married her first husband, Jerry Witt. She and Jerry moved to Durango, Mexico in 1962 as missionaries. They had three sons: Jerry, Mark (Marcos) and Phillip. Jerry Witt died in a plane accident while taking the Gospel into the mountains of Durango in 1964.
