He passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013, at the North Little Rock Veterans Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lois Marie (Berry) Withrow, his Parents Lona (Hicks) Withrow and Cleveland Withrow, Sr.
He is survived by a daughter Janet Lynn Davis and son-in-law Gilbert Davis of Mayflower, a sister Margaret Fogle of Hot Springs, one grandson Darren Glen Wilson and wife Karen Wilson of Mayflower, and four great-grandchildren Ashley Wilson, Aubrey Wilson, Darren Glen Wilson, Jr. and Joseph Hayden Wilson.
Cleveland spent his childhood working with his father at a local dairy.
He was a World War II Veteran in the Philippines. After the war he worked as a mechanic for Buster Mooney Salvage, Steven's Auto, and as a machinist for 20 years at the Norris Dispenser Plant in Hot Springs.
Grave Side Services will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, May 20, 2013, at Memorial Gardens in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with Reverend Stanley Young officiating, under the direction of Griffin Leggett Conway
