WAS AN OLD GERMAN RESIDENT.

FRANK WINTERHALTER, WHO DIED YESTERDAY, HAD LIVED HERE FORTY-FOUR YEARS.

FRANK WINTERHALTER, one of the oldest German settlers of this city, died yesterday morning at his home, 580 Turner street, as noticed in last night's Press. He leaves besides his widow to mourn his loss, four sons, CHARLES, JOSEPH, FREDERICH and HENRY; one daughter, MRS. GUSTAVE C. FISCHER; a brother, STEPHEN WINTERHALTER, and twelve grandchildren. Mr. Winterhalter came to this city in 1856 and had resided here ever since. In 1861 he was married to MISS ELIZABETH GANGWISH, seven children resulting from the marriage.

The funeral will be held Monday morning at 8 o'clock from St. Mary's church.
