Pauline V. Morgan, 96, of Bloomington, died at 10:20 a.m. on Sunday (Sept. 1, 2013) at Westminster Village, Bloomington.

She was born Sept. 15, 1916, in McLean County, daughter of George W. and Ida Mae Robinson Winstead.

She married William F. Morgan on May 15, 1939, in Vincennes, Ind. He preceded her in death on Oct. 10, 1987. She was also preceded in death by five sisters and one brother.–

Surviving are one daughter, Mary (Tom) Lykins, Normal; one son, William F. (Joan) Morgan II, Kitty Hawk, N.C.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one brother, Donald "Bill" (Mary Ellen) Winstead, Bloomington.

Pauline was a 1937 graduate of St. Joseph School of Nursing.

She worked as a registered nurse for more than 30 years, the last 17 years working for Dr. Doud's private practice, retiring in 1978.

She was also a member of the Medical Assistance Organization and a volunteer at the BroMenn thrift shop.–

Pauline enjoyed gardening, needlework and quilting.–
