Sher was born on July 19, 1949 in Tonasket, Washington, a daughter of Charlie and Sarah "Gracie" (Roberts) Windsor.
Sher married Fred O. Baker Jr. on November 21, 1970.
She enjoyed horses and pet dogs and cats. Her interests also included being a Youth Softball Coach, international travel with her husband and such pastimes as reading, computer games and playing cribbage.
Sher is survived by her husband, Fred, of 41 years; her daughter, Shannon; her son, Dennis; three brothers, Don, Tom and Jerry; her sister, Judy, along with their spouses and families; eight grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
A celebration of life and inurnment for "Sher" will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Cloverdale Funeral Home Reception Center & Memorial Park, 1200 N. Cloverdale Road in Boise.
