Eleanor "Ellie" Baker, 85, of Salisbury, MD, died Sunday, March 25, 2007, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
Born in Salisbury she was a daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Workman Windsor. Mrs. Baker was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a beautician for 25 years, retiring in 1984.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Calvin J. Baker; a daughter Norma Hastings, and her husband, Al, of Seaford; a stepson, Richard Baker, and his wife, Lillie, of Georgetown; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mildred Tenowich, and Goldie Gebhart; and brothers, Norman and Virgil Windsor.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am at BOUNDS FUNERAL HOME on East Main Street in Salisbury, MD. The Rev. George Patterson will officiate. Interment will follow in Parsons Cemetery.
