MRS. ANNIE MARGARET BECK

An aged and highly respected resident of Greenwood, died at her home at 3 o'clock this morning of ailments incident to her advanced years. She was born Oct. 28, 1857, at Popular Run, Blair county, the daughter of Frederick Joseph and Sarah (Reffner) Wilt. She was for many years a member of the Greenwood United Brethren church and of the Ladies Bible class. When her health permitted she took an active interest in all church activities. Her husband, Blooming Beck, died on Nov. 23, 1922. Surviving are the following daughters and sons, Mrs. Mary McDowell, Altoona; Mrs. Alice Smiley, Indiana, Pa.; Miss Pearl Beck, at home; John at home; R.F., Altoona; Charles, Greenwood; Walter S., Altoona; H.H., Seward, Pa.; William B., at home; J.R., Greenwood; and James D., at home. She is also survived by one brother, Elmer E. Wilt of Juniata and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Mauk and Yates funeral home after 6 p.m. this evening and until 10 a.m. Wednesday when remains will


BECK--Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Margaret Wilt Beck will be held in the Greenwood United Brethren church in charge of Rev. Dr. Charles W. Winey. Interment in Greenwood cemetery. Friends will be received at the Mauk and Yates funeral home after 6 o'clock this evening and until 10 o'clock Wednesday morning and after that hour at the Greenwood United Brethren church.
