Ethel Lee Embrey born on December 9, 1923 in Salina, Oklahoma to Curtis E. Wilson and Noma Pearl Thornton Wilson, passed away in Livingston, Texas at the age of 91.

Those left to cherish her memory are son, Lynn Embrey of Bellaire, Texas; daughter, Barbara McWhirter and husband Paul of Ace, Texas; brother, Bobbie Wilson of Silsbee, Texas; 9 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Ethel was preceded in death by both her parents; husband, Cletes Embrey; sister, Cleva Ilse; brothers, Earl L. Wilson, John Daily Wilson, Ralph Curtis Wilson.

Ethel was a member of the Point Blank Community Church and sang in the choir. She enjoyed bowling, working in her garden, painting and sewing. She loved her family very much and will be missed dearly by her family. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Pace Funeral Home 200 FM 350 North, Livingston, Texas 77351 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. A Celebration of Ethel's life will be at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Sheldon Jefferson officiating. Interment to follow at Center Hill Cemetery in Point Blank, Texas.
