Funeral services for Mrs. Louis Andrews of Pilot Point will at 2 p.m. Saturday at Coker-Mathews Chapel with Dr. L.D. Ball officiating. Burial will be in East Mount Cemetery.

Mrs. Andrews died Wednesday in a Pilot Point nursing home. She was 101.

A native of Hunt County, she was born Dec. 30, 1880 to J.A. and Eliza Willoughby. She was married to Louis Andrews on July 12, 1900. Mrs. Andrews taught in the Quinlan schools and was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Greenville.

Surviving are daughters, Mrs. John V. (Lois) Franklin of Denton and Beth Andrews of Baton Rouge, La.; nieces, Mrs. Clark Merrick of Greenville and Mrs. Louis Countess of Clovis, N.M.; and a nephew, Eldredge Willoughby of Melrose, N.M.

Funeral service for the former Greenville resident will at 2 p.m. today at Coker-Mathews Chapel with Dr. L.D. Ball officiating. Burial will be in East Mount Cemetery.

She was born Dec. 30, 1880 in Hunt County to J.A. and Eliza Willoughby. She was married to Louis Andrews on July 12, 1900. Mrs. Andrews, who taught in the Quinlan schools, was a Greenville resident form 1904 to 1962. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church for many years.

Surviving are daughters, Mrs. John V. (Lois) Franklin of Denton and Beth Andrews of Baton Rouge, La.; nieces, Mrs. Clark Merrick of Greenville and Mrs. Louis Countess of Clovis, N.M.; and a nephew, Eldredge Willoughby of Melrose, N.M.; and several great-nieces and nephews.

Her husband preceded her in death in 1943.

Pallbearers will be John Hayter, Charlie Gilliland, Murray Pickens and Gary Pickens.

Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
