Rhoda Matilda Williams Dow was born and raised in Wyoming. She had four children by the time she was 19 and it must have been hard for so young a girl to raise so many children so close in age. She loved camping and fishing and was good to her grandchildren. She died much to young at the age of 59 years of heart failure.
