Obituary: Sylvania, Georgia - Mrs. Susie W. Scott, 97, died September 7, 1993 at the Screven County Hospital.
The funeral was held at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral home with the Revs. Sam Carpenter & Don Scarborough officiating. Burial was in the Buck Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Scott, a native of Screven County, was a member of Sylvania Foursquare Church and a volunteer at the Syl-View Health Care Center.
Survivors include several stepchildren; two sisters, Georgia Boyd and Lola Lee, both of Sylvania; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Terrell Lee, Olin Boyd, Emory Perkins, Virgil R. Scott, Jr., Scottie Scott, Al Scott and Mike Scott.
