Lahoma or "Homie" as he was called, was a barber; he was the son of Hayden Madison "Dock" Williams and Bessie Welch Williams Brothers. He was killed accidentally in a automobile accident outside Weatherford Texas. His wife, Mildred Smith Williams, survived the crash but remained in a coma for the rest of her life. She was a half-sister to Ruthie Corrienea Smith who was married to Lahoma's brother, Maurice.
