Sherrlene Williams, daughter of Lonnie and Gladys [Evans] Eichor, was born June 27, 1925 at Ringling, Oklahoma. She grew up in Oklahoma and Illinois. During World War II she worked at a defense plant outside of Illiopolis. It was there that she met Bill. On February 21, 1945 Sherrlene and Bill Williams were united in marriage at Illiopolis, Illinois. This union three daughters were born: Sharee, Cyd and Kathie. They moved to Anthony in 1961. Sherrlene worked at the Anthony Hospital, Dr. Pratt’s dental office and retired from the Drive-In Market. She enjoyed bowling because of all the friends that she mad at Park Hill Lanes. But her greatest jo was her family and their get together. On Wednesday, February 24, 1993, Sherrlene passed away at the Anthony Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother Sherrell. She will be missed by her husband, Bill of Anthony; daughters, Sharee Irvin of Harper, Cyd Daniel of Anthony, and Kathie Quigg of Harper; Father, Lonnie Eichor of Ringling, Ok.; brother, Rick Eichor of Honolulu, Hawaii; sister, Lawana Crawford of Ringling; six grandchildren, Andi, Kent, Alan, Bethany, Kyla and Jason; four great-grandchildren, Chelsea, Devon, Conner and Jacob; other relatives and friends.
