Ozell was born July 14, 1914 in Coffee County, GA. She was the daughter of the late Ciscero & Elizabeth Davis Williams.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Herbert Cliett and son Cecil Cliett.
She was a homemaker, loving mother and grand-mother. Mrs. Cliett also worked in the citrus industry while living in Florida. She attended and was a member of the Church of God Haines City before moving back to Coffee County, GA. in 2002. She attended and was a member of the Lax Holiness Church, Lax, GA.
She is survived by her daughter, Valerie McDonald, Lax, GA., son Darwin Cliett (Geneva), Haines City, FL., daughter-in-law, Nancy Cliett, Augusta, GA., sisters Wilma Weeks (Ray) Kissimmee, FL., Betty Richardson, Fitzgerald, GA., nine grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
