Genevieve was born Nov. 21, 1910 in Florence, the daughter of Elmer and Lula Tanner Williams, and was married to Otis H. Cagwin on March 28, 1936, in Camden. He died June 7, 1959. Mrs. Cagwin received her education in the Camden High School and had been employed by the F. H. Conant Chair factory here and by the Remington Rand Co., Ilion. She attended the Methodist Church.
