Juanita M. Hires, 72, a homemaker, of Springfield, Mo. passed away October 4, 2003 at St. John's Regional Hospital, Springfield, Mo. Juanita was born March 29, 1927 in Vici, Oklahoma to Millard and Ruth McKedy Williams. She married jack Hires on February 29, 1946 in Springfield, Mo. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and her grandchildren. She was a member of the Riverdale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, two infant sons, one brother Eric Williams, two sisters Eva Jo hyatt and Oleta Bracken and one grandson Bryan K. Jones. She is survived by her husband Jack Hires of the home, two sons Jack Jr. and wife Vanda of Highlandville, Mo.; and Rick L. Hires of Springfield, Mo.; one daughter Helen Jones and husband Doyal of Nixa, MO. three brothers Harry M. Williams and wife Jolene of Calif; Monte Williams and wife Barbra of Nevada; Charles Milo Williams and wife Debbie of Hawaii; four sisters Colleen David of Calif; Martha Arment of Moberly, Mo.; Linda Williams of Ore. and Debbie Rocchi of Ore; seven grandchildren Darien, Devin, Megan, Addie, Sarah, Kodie and Modie and eleven great grandchildren. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at Helphrey Cemetery in Taneyville, Mo; officiated by Rev. Tommy Bilyeu. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at Kissee Mortuary & Chapel, Forsyth, Mo. Interment in Helphrey Cemetery.
