Jean worked for Vital Records with the State of Iowa, but retired from Super Value after 27 years of dedicated service. She was a member of Ankeny Church of the Brethren and played an active role in the women's fellowship group. She enjoyed visiting with her friends everyone morning at Panera Bread in Ankeny.
Jean is survived by her husband of 52 years, Chuck; her daughters, Kris Williams and Kathi Williams; brother Dave (Sandy) Petersen; brothers-in-law, Verle (Mary Sue) Williams and Allen (Rocio) Williams; as well as many other family and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
