OBIT: Mrs. Nina Arrington
Mrs. Nina Wiley Arrington, 67, of Hope died Dec. 31, 1999, at St. Michaels Hospital in Texarkana.
She was a native of Atkins, daughter of the late J. A. and Cora Wiley, widow of Carl Lee Arrington, member of the First United Methodist Church of Hope, was employed as a secretary to John Robert Graves at Citizens National Bank and the Graves and Graves Law Firm in Hope for 33 years, and was preceded in death by one brother, J. E. Wiley of Atkins.
She is survived by one son, two daughters, two sisters and brothers-in-law, one brother-in-law, one sister-in-law, and four grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, at the Hope First United Methodist Church with Davis Thompson and Norris Steele officiating followed by burial at 4 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville with Rodney Steele officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Foundation or the Susan B. Coleman Breast Cancer Foundation.
