Services for Burrel Phillip Wilburn, 84, Edmond, are 9 a.m. Tuesday at Barnes & Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial follows at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Oklahoma City.
Mr. Wilburn died Nov. 4, 2000. He was born August 8, 1916, in Creek County to Cephas and Helen White Wilburn.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Mobil Oil.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Katherine Keaton Wilburn; a son, Phil Wilburn Jr., Midwest City; a daughter, Carol Ann Allen, Edmond; a brother, Dick Wilburn, Ada; a sister, Willa Dean Cassidy; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Wilburn, and a sister, Mary Wyatt.
