EFFIE W. HARRIS, 81, of Huntington, widow of Wallace B. Harris, died Wednesday in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Survivors include one daughter, Yvonne E. Harris of Auburn, Wash.; one son, Wallace B. Harris of Huntington; two sisters, Naomi Finlaw of Pennsville, N.J., and Mildred Chapman of Hurricane; and two brothers, Dan Wikel of Chesapeake, Ohio, and Oscar Wikel of Taylor, Mich. Funeral noon Saturday at Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary, Huntington; burial in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington
