They lived for a brief time in Utah before returning to Las Cruces, New Mexico and started growing their family while attending New Mexico State University. Mollie was a loving and devoted wife and as a mother she was totally engaged with her children's activities, whether 4-H, FFA, horses, baseball, dance, gymnastics, football, basketball, scouts or karate - Mollie was engaged. Mollie still took her personal time for her own interests. An artist, poet and gardener, Mollie enjoyed life. Oh yes..camping, boating and ducks and roses. Mollie's home knew no strangers and her graciousness and generosity were known by all. For years she shared her love of art with many children and family members. In addition she gladly fed, housed, clothed and gave unselfishly to anyone who was in need. Demonstrating God's love to all those she came in contact with was simply her nature. Her grace, forgiveness and love for all of God's children was and will continue to be an example for those she leaves behind.
