Wilma Jane Whitley Baird, age 57 of Jackson passed away Friday October 1, 2010 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born in Huntington West Virginia January 31, 1953 to the late Russell Whitley and mother Wykle (Stephens) VanPelt of Crown City, Ohio. She was an EMT with Air Life Ambulance and a graduate of South Point High School.
In addition to her mother she is survived by children, Lara (Mike) Brewer of Radcliff, Tomi (Pete) Lee of Gallipolis and Amanda (Justin Sickles) Baird; brother and sisters, Errol (Judee) Whitley, Diane (Bucky) Gipson and Linda Whitley; grandchildren Casey, Haley, Brewer, Jamie, William and Breana Craft and Jayden Shrewsbury.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by one brother, Michael Lynn Whitley.
