Geneva F. "Jean" Bramble, 90, of 1643 East Myrtle Street, Canton, died at 7:48 a.m. Monday (Aug. 25, 2003) at Graham Hospital Extended Care.
Born Dec. 11, 1912, at Canton, the daughter of Willis and Lena (Ditmars) White, she married Clyde Bramble in California. He died in 1996 in California.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Norm (Emma) Martin of Washington.
She was a graduate of the Graham Hospital School of Nursing in Canton. She was a Registered Nurse, first working at Pekin Hospital and then in California for many years.
Graveside services were held at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 27 at the Fairview Cemetery, the Rev. Keith Jones officiating. Visitation was from 10 to 11 a.m. Aug. 27 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
