She was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 1913, on a small farm near Portland, Iowa. She married Ernest Claud Butler, June 29, 1935. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Our family lived in many states and have friends and fond memories of them all. When they settled in Salt Lake, mother was a teachers aide for several elementary schools and also East High.
She is survived by daughter, Beth (John) Urses and son John (Lisa) Butler. She has many grand children, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, James Butler and Richard Webster. She is the last of her siblings.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be held Saturday, April 26, at Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery.
