Lillie Clementine White Harbin was born on July 15, 1925 in Cerro Gordo, Tennessee, daughter to the late Thomas Henry and Mary Elizabeth Rose Polk White. She was united in marriage to James Elbert Harbin on July 8, 1943, who preceded her in death on August 31, 2007. Lillie departed this life on February 26, 2015 in Savannah, Tennessee.

Mrs. Harbin was a housewife, homemaker, and mother. She had also at one time worked at Clifton Manufacturing in Clifton, Tennessee for 15 years. In addition to living in Hardin County, she had also lived in Sikeston, Missouri for 21 years. She was also a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Savannah, Tennessee and attended New Harmony Baptist Church in Cerro Gordo, Tennessee as well.

Lillie loved to sing and she led the singing at the Savannah Church of the Nazarene for many years. She also enjoyed crocheting and sewing pot holders and aprons for family and friends. She loved to cook for her family and was President of her family's Ladies Club, "The YooHoos." She also loved to spend time with her best friend and husband, Jamie, before his death.

Mrs. Harbin is survived by her children, James Robert Harbin and his wife Margie, of Savannah, Tennessee, Elizabeth Gail Ross of Sikeston, Missouri, and Aliecia Rose Moss and her husband, Guy, of Zephyr Cove, Nevada; one brother, Lowell Polk of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Carla Landers and her husband, Dan, of Greenbrier, Tennessee, Kathy Oros and her husband, Carl, of Nashville, Tennessee, Lisa VanHoose and her husband, John, of Savannah, Tennessee, Jamie Ross of Overland Park, Kansas, and Aliecia Penrod and her husband, David, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and great-grandchildren, Bethany, Ashley, and Cana Landers, Andrew and Audrey VanHoose, Chelsea and Jamison Ross, and Gavin and Carstyn Penrod.

In addition to her husband and parents, Lillie is preceded in death by an infant daughter; and four brothers, Wendell Polk, E. J. Polk, Parker White, and Eugene White.
