To wife, Letitia Broom, full use of estate for her maintenance and that of her dater Roseta Letitia. Should said wife marry, she to have her thirds and the rest to my two daters, Hanah Broom and Roseta Letitia Broom.
$10 to son, Lenord Broom, if he shall come home.
Grandson Joseph Millwood Broom and Thomas Broom Smith.
Exec: Wife, Letitia Broom, my daughters, Hanah and Letitia. If they need assistance to call on Jacob Smith, Surgend Dentis, and Joseph Hartly, apolsterer. If lawfull heairs of Leonard Broome of Rutlandshire, in England, should come over here, to give them what was his Donesen [?] land, and also a legacy.
