Mrs. McLendon was a retired lead admissions clerk at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. She was a longtime member of North McComb Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. McLendon; her parents, Clifton Robert White and Laura Hill White; one sister, Nellie Jo Gordon; and one brother, Robert Stanton White.
She was survived by two daughters, Deborah M. Cosnahan and Pigeon Wilkinson, both of Summit, MS; one sister, Bernice White Ball of Greenville, SC; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
