She was born Nov. 20, 1913, in Harrisburg to the late Archie and Clara White. She was a homemaker and a member of the Forrest Home Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed gardening, especially flowers.
Survivors include two sons, William "Bill" Hogue of Judsonia and Lloyd Hogue of Jonesboro; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Graham Kirk; a daughter, Mildred Alene Brown; a son, Floyd Hogue; two brothers, John Thomas White and Raymond White; and two sisters, Eva Buel and Virnie White.
A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro with the Rev. Don Seat officiating. Burial will follow in Old Enterprise Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are grandsons.
Visitation will be tonight from 5-7 at Gregg Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
