Daughter of Ephraim and Mary (Hale) Wetherbee. Miss Wetherbee, 23, married Edwin A. Brown, 30, a clerk/salesman, on August 31, 1886 at Gardner. Frank O. Hall, a minister at Fitchburg, Massachusetts, officiated.

Cora died at Melrose Hospital. She reportedly lived to be 60 years, 10 months & 7 days old. That calculates out to a possible birth date of January 7, 1863. At the time of her passing she was residing with her daughter, Mrs. Beatrice Gardner, at 64 Converse Ave. in Malden, Massachusetts.
