Kathleen was born in Victoria, TX to William Joseph and Lucille (Cox) Westerheide. She passed away unexpectedly and left behind the love of her life and soul mate, Jim. She is also survived by her son, Alfredo and his wife Christal Calvillo, grandson, Xavier, all from OKC; sister, Nancy Edwards, of MWC; brothers, Chuck and wife Sarah Westerheide, of Stillwater, OK; Joe and wife Julianna Westerheide, of OKC; and Steve and wife Pam Westerheide, of Dallas, TX; her Enid family: nephew, Will Westerheide and wife Emily and their son, Liam; her Lexington family, John and Carol Westerheide; many nieces and nephews; and her best friends, Sandy Goldstick and her family, of Dayton, Ohio. She was proud of her MBA, graduating from KU and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She worked for the O.E.S.C. in HR and telecommunications. She retired in September 2009 and was a senior mediator and trainer for the State Merit Protection Commission. Services to celebrate her life are 10 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2015, in the Chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service.
