Dana West Fowler, age 69, was called home on August 17, 2015.
Dana is survived by her husband of 38 years, Wayne, her children, Eddy Welch and his wife Patti, Amy Welch and partner, Chris Cravens, grandchildren, Amanda, Jamie, Katie Ann, Lena, Jerry Brendon, Shane and Olivia, great-grandson, Caiden, brother, Sid West and his wife, Peggy and many other family and friends including Vickie Córdova and her husband, Willie with their three children.
Dana will be missed by her dog, "Todo".
Dana was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Joanna and her nieces, Cindy and Christina.
Dana was a faithful longtime member with Wayne, of First Baptist Church of Albuquerque. Dana enjoyed cooking and baking, especially her pecan pies. Most of all, Dana reached out to others in need, loved spending time with her family and friends, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Friends may visit Monday, August 24, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at French – Lomas. Services will be on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Albuquerque, 4101 Paseo del Norte Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM. Burial will follow at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM.
