The funeral of Mrs. Abe Miles was held in New Bedford last Sunday. She died at her home in Rock Falls of Paralysis and was brought over in an auto hearse. She was Miss Ida Wescott and was born at New Bedford, 55 years ago. She lived at New Bedford and was married there some thirty years ago. She had children of her own, but raised several little needy orphans who feel her loss as sincerely as if she was an own mother. She also leaves her husband, an old and feeble mother, three sisters, two brothers and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Calkins of Sheffield and the interment was in the Union cemetery.
