Delores A. (Welsh) Adamson, 75, a resident of Golden Living, Erie, formerly of North Huntingdon, died Tuesday July 19, 2016. She was born June 15, 1941 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late James and Catherine (Donovan) Welsh. She enjoyed polka music and baking cookies, but mostly spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Irwin. She is survived by her husband, George J. Adamson, with whom she would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on Aug. 6; her children, Jim Adamson, of Atlanta, Ga., and Karen (Joe) Mehs, of Erie; two grandchildren, Madeline and Alexander Mehs; a sister, Maryann Isaak, of Penn Hills; also nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 521 Main St., Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with Dr. Clifton J. Suehr officiating. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.
