Funeral services for Jo Ann Hall Welch, age 49, a homemaker of Rayville, Louisiana, will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Diane Putman will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery located in the Macedonia Community north of Oak Grove.
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.
Mrs. Welch passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvis Waylon Hall and Dorothy Townsend Hall and a sister, Sandra Kay Hall Hickson.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Marvin Welch, Sr. of Rayville, Louisiana; step son, Tony Welch, Jr. of Oak Grove, Louisiana; step daughter, Tonia Marie Marcano of Luquilla, Puerto Rico; brother, Waylon Eugene Hall of Oak Grove; sister, Brenda Porter of Oak Grove; sister, Deborah Holley of Pioneer, Louisiana; 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
Pallbearers are: John Taylor Yates, John Newton Welch, David Welch, Heath Guice, Shannon Yates, and Eugene Vernon.
Honorary Pallbearers are: Charles Brantley and John Lloyd Holley.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 3 to 8 PM at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
