Annie (Weidner), wife of Philip Bower, of 223 Walnut St, died in St. Joseph's Hospital, aged 65 years. A native of Monocacy, she was a member of the Reformed denomination; Ladies of Golden Eagle and P.O. of A., of Pleasantville; Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War and the Reindeer and Beaver lodges.
Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Ammon of Blackwood, NJ, and Clarence, this city; a daughter, Bertha, wife of Harry Leinbach; a brother Elwood Weidner, Philadelphia; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services Saturday at 1:30 pm at the home with Rev. J D. Wetzel officiating. Burial in Amityville Cemetery with Dougherty Funeral Service in charge.
