DEXTER – Patricia Anne (Weed) Dice, 77, passed away April 21, 2014 at her residence.

She was born August 12, 1936 in Dexter, a daughter of Norman and Nona (Foulkes) Weed. She graduated from Hallowell High School, Class of 1954 and the University of Maine in 1960 with a degree in Medical Technology. Pat retired from the Maine Department of Human Services in April 2000.

She is survived by a son Gary Dice of Pittston, and a daughter, Janet (Dice) Chevalier of Dexter; 4 grandchildren, Ian Chevalier, and Benjamin, Samuel and Marissa Dice, all of West Gardiner. She is also survived by her best friend and former husband, Steven F. Dice of Federal Way, Washington.

Pat was predeceased by 2 brothers, Peter Norman Weed, formerly of Pittston, and David Allen Weed, formerly of Augusta.

There will be no funeral. Private arrangements will be handled by the family. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Dexter
