GILMER - Services for Helen Deloris Webb Armstrong, 78, of Gilmer, will be 3 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2010, at Friendship Baptist Church, with the Rev. C.E. Williams, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Community Cemetery. Arrangements are by Turner Bros. Mortuary. Mrs. Armstrong died February 10, 2010, in Longview.
Mrs. Armstrong was born February 5, 1932, in Gilmer. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Luster Ray Armstrong; daughters, Jeannine Colby, Linda Coby and Clemmie Marie Coby; brothers, Elmer Norris Webb and Melvin Webb Jr.; and sisters, Cathy Webb Edwards and Renea Reeves.
