Beatrice Caviness, 76, of Lebanon, died Tuesday morning, April 11, 2006, at St. John's Hospital-Lebanon.
She was born Oct. 14, 1929, in Windsor, Mo., to Floyd Sherman and Della Lee Gregory Webb.
On Oct. 17, 1954, she married Harold Caviness, who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Floyd Webb, Jr.; and a sister, Rosie Laughlin.
She was a devoted and hardworking homemaker to her husband and family.
She especially loved reading her Bible and attended Sleeper Pentecostal Church.
Survivors her husband, Harold, of the home; a son, Don Hindes and his wife, Denise, of Eldridge; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Jack Webb and his wife, Irene, of Leon, Iowa; two sisters, Betty Vandel, of Leon, Iowa and Bobby Smith and her husband, Wayne, of Van Wert, Iowa; also several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial for Beatrice Caviness will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2006, in the Allee Memorial Gardens in Camdenton with the Rev. Bob Knapp officiating, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
