John Allen "Red" Weaver, 53 of Rixeyville, died Sunday, November 28, 2004 at Prince William Hospital.
Mr. Weaver was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam where he served on the aircraft carrier USS America. He was president of the Culpeper Cruisers, a member of Bull Run Street Rods and was retired from IBM in Manassas after over 20 years of service.
Preceded in death by his father Willard C. Weaver, survivors include his wife of 32 years Linda Weaver; one son John Weaver, Jr. and his wife Sherry of Richardsville; his mother Doris A. Weaver of Manassas; two sisters, Janet Masarick and her husband Tom of Manassas, and Bonita Fraska of Sarasota, FL; and two granddaughters, Jordan and Taylor.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 30, 2004 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 at Price Funeral Home 9609 Center Street Manassas where funeral services will be Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 1 p.m. with Dr. Rodney F. Autry officiating. Interment Stonewall Memory Gardens.
