Donna Mae Watson Barnett, 63, of 1-24th Street, died January 6, 2007, at Greenville Memorial Medical Center.
A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Lawson Berry and Beulah Mae Blackwell Watson, she was a retired employee of Textube Corporation and of the Church of God faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Surviving are her husband, Steve M. (Vern) Barnett of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer (Jenni) and Bill Cummings of Spartanburg and Mona Lisa and Jeff Johnson; a brother, L.B. Watson, Jr. of Reidville; three sisters, Frances Huitt of Duncan, Carolyn Moon of Greer, and Joyce Vaughn of Duncan; and five grandchildren, Amber Johnson, Autumn Johnson, Cheyenne Johnson, Donna Johnson, and Lawson Johnson.
Mrs. Barnett was predeceased by three brothers, Charles Watson, Bobby Watson, and Gary Watson.
Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Monday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Walt Forrester, Rev. Jimmie Alman, and Rev. Leon Parker. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Jason Watson, Wesley Tate, Austin Tate, Kevin Vaughn, Lane Vaughn, and Tony Huitt.
Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home.
