He and his brother C. H. Watson operated the WX Ranch in Texas and Oklahoma. Like his father before him, he owned and operated the Stewards Mill Store. Edward first wife, Grace Beauchamp Watson whom he married 11/24/1904 inFreestone County attended school in Dew and Southwestern University.
