Meriam M. Bellah, 77, of Lafayette, died at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, in West Point.
She was born Oct. 3, 1934 in Lafayette to the late Ralph and Leona Weaver Waters. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa M. Lewis and brothers, Donald and Guise Eugene Waters.
Surviving are her children, Brenda J. Downey (husband: Patrick) of West Point, Connie K. Westfall (husband: Don) and Richard S. Bellah Sr. (wife: Roberta) and a brother, Ralph T. Waters, all of Lafayette; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
