Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in IOOF Cemetery, Seymour, with Rev. John Wade, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating. Services are under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home of Seymour.
Mrs. Warren was a nurse and a homemaker.
Survivors include daughter,Hester "Ann" McClintock of West Chester, Ohio; son, Dale Collins Warren of Maineville, Ohio; two sisters, Margaret Merrick of Albuquerque, N.M., Bonnie Krienke of Durand, Illinois; two brothers, Lee Roy Collins of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Darwin Collins of Aredale, Iowa; and four grandchildren
