Dale-11 Irving Warner is the son of Russell-10 Lewis Warner and his wife Kathryn Elizabeth Crippen. Both parents are deceased.

Dale was born in Williamston, Ingham, Michigan on February 3, 1941, and resided in Leslie and Eaton Rapids, Michigan. He also resided in San Francisco and San Jose, CA.
Republican. Lawyer; alternate delegate to Republican National Convention from Michigan, 1964; member of Michigan State House of Representatives 56th District, 1967-74. Member, Phi Kappa Phi; Delta Chi; Sons of the American Revolution; Phi Eta Sigma; Lions. Member of the Mayflower Society.
He graduated from Michigan State University (1962) and The University of Michigan Law School (1965). Served in Michigan legislature (1967-1974). Practiced federal administrative law (immigration) in San Francisco and San Jose (1979-2004). Served on three San Jose citywide commissions and numerous community boards.
